We offer a wide range of products to meet your needs. We have both prescription and non-prescription items available for purchase. To differentiate between the two, look for the RX icon next to the product image – this indicates that the item requires a consultation with our experts before we can process and ship your order.

For non-prescription products, no consultation is needed. Simply browse our selection and place your order just as you would with any other online store.

If your shopping cart has any prescription product, we’ll ask you to provide some information about your symptoms, medical history and goals. We’ll then match you with a licensed provider from your state who will review your information and evaluate your treatment options before approval.

In some cases, your provider might disapprove your order and prescribe an alternative product for you.  You can message your provider if you have any questions.

We currently ship our prescription products only to USA addresses. We can only ship non-prescription products to international customers.

Achieving hair growth requires patience. Regardless of whether you opt for a topical solution or an oral product, the timeline for witnessing results remains relatively the same. Typically, noticeable improvements may occur after 2 to 3 months, although some individuals might notice changes within just one month.

To achieve the full benefits of our products, it’s crucial to adhere to the provided instructions. In most instances, this means applying 1ml of the solution once daily or consuming one pill/capsule of the oral product daily.

Please be aware that using more than the recommended dosage won’t expedite hair growth and could, in fact, lead to various adverse effects such as skin irritation.

We have products in both topical (solutions, creams and foams) and oral (tablets and capsules) forms. Both are effective with acceptable side effect profiles. In general, a topical product is less likely to cause side effects than the oral counterpart, while the oral form has the advantage of convenience over the topical version.

Ultimately, the choice between topical and oral finasteride will depend on factors like your preference, medical history, and the advice of your healthcare provider. If you are concerned about the potential side effects associated with oral finasteride, topical finasteride might be a suitable alternative. On the other hand, if you have no issues with oral medications and your healthcare provider deems it appropriate, oral finasteride could be an effective option.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can contact us for a refund within 6 months. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you have multiple orders, only the most recent order is eligible for a refund. Please read our terms and conditions for more details.

If your order for a prescription product is not approved by a licensed expert, an alternative product may be prescribed based on your medical condition. In such instances, we will adjust the fee accordingly if the new prescription costs differ from what you initially ordered. In rare situations where none of the products we offer are suitable for you, we will provide a full refund.

We do not require health insurance; payment will be made out of pocket.

All prescription products are exclusively available at iBeauty.com, and your order will be discreetly shipped to your door from the US pharmacies with which we partner with. That means you can’t get the products from your local pharmacy.
