Topical Dutasteride without Minoxidil

Dutasteride is FDA approved to treat men who have symptoms of an enlarged prostate gland,  which is also known as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Similar to finasteride, it is a 5α-reductase inhibitor.  Its use in topical or oral to treat hair loss is considered off-label usage, not yet FDA approved, despite abundant data demonstrating their efficacy and safety.
