Minoxidil helps stimulate hair regrowth by increasing blood flow and nutrient delivery to hair follicles
Finasteride helps reduce hair loss by lowering scalp DHT levels, thereby slowing follicle miniaturization and supporting thicker hair growth.
Tretinoin helps enhance the effectiveness of topical hair treatments by promoting scalp cell turnover and improving absorption into the hair follicles.
Apply 1 mL once daily (preferably in the evening) to a clean, dry scalp using the included dropper, parting the hair to expose thinning areas and dispensing small amounts directly onto the scalp until the full 1 mL is used; gently spread with the dropper tip or fingertips, allow the solution to dry completely before styling or lying down, wash hands after application, and avoid washing the scalp for at least 4 hours. Consistent daily use is essential, and mild scalp redness, dryness, or shedding may occur during the first few weeks as follicles transition into the growth phase; discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider if severe irritation, dizziness, chest pain, rapid heartbeat, or unwanted facial/body hair growth occurs. Store at room temperature and use only as directed.

Minoxidil and finasteride, are FDA approved when used in specific hair loss products. However, the combination of these ingredients in topical or oral forms is not FDA approved, despite abundant data demonstrating their efficacy and safety. As such, this preparation is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
If you are considering using a pharmacy compounded medication that is not FDA approved, it is imperative to consult with a qualified healthcare professional. Approval of your order by a healthcare provider is not guaranteed. Regardless of whether a hair treatment product is FDA approved or not, it carries inherent risks. We strongly advise you to thoroughly review the potential side effects associated with using the product before placing an order.
The product should be used in the evening. This is because tretinoin can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight and may increase the risk of sunburn if used during the day. In addition, the degradation of retinoic acid occurs when exposed to intense light, making its use during the day impractical as the medication becomes ineffective under bright light conditions.
The synergistic effect of retinoic acid and minoxidil seems to center around an enzyme called sulfotransferase, found in the outer layer of scalp follicles. It is responsible for converting minoxidil to minoxidil sulfate, which is around 14 times more potent than minoxidil6. Researchers found that retinoic acid increased sulfotransferase levels in the follicles. This means more minoxidil is being converted into the active form, meaning non-responders could suddenly find that minoxidil works for them if combined with a retinoid. This combination may also increase minoxidil absorption through tretinoin reducing the skin’s barrier function and lowering sebum levels, which is known to carry DHT, the key hormone behind AGA.
Fill the dropper up to the 1.0 ml mark, then align the dropper directly over your scalp to apply the solution slowly to the target area. Use the tip of the dropper to distribute the solution evenly. Apply the solution once a day.
This product can be used by male and female patients with pattern hair loss. It is unlikely that you will see any positive results in other causes of hair loss, such as traction alopecia or stress-related telogen effluvium. If you have sensitive skin or existing irritation on the scalp, avoid retinoids they can worsen things. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning on becoming pregnant, do not use this product.
